概要

木野内南は、公認心理師および社会福祉士の国家資格を持ち、NPO法人ネット心理教育ピアサポートの副理事長・共同創設者を務めています。名古屋大学で精神医学の博士課程に在籍し、精神疾患の当事者・家族が研究に求めることや、双極症のオンライン心理教育などに取り組んできました。

研究活動と並行して、心理・福祉の臨床実践、NPOの運営、心理教育プログラムの設計・実施、学術発表、情報発信を行ってきました。活動の軸は、研究・臨床・当事者支援を分けず、それぞれを往復しながら支援の質とアクセスを高めることにあります。

臨床心理学、精神医学、社会福祉の知見に加え、Experts by Experience（経験を専門性として生かす当事者）の視点を研究と実践へ組み込むことが特徴です。情報を一方向に「教える」のではなく、当事者が自分の経験を言葉にし、医療者と共有し、意思決定へつなげられる心理教育を目指しています。

NPO法人ネット心理教育ピアサポート

同法人は、双極症のある人と家族に向けて、オンラインの集団心理教育、ピアサポート、動画・コラムによる情報提供を行っています。木野内は副理事長として、プログラム設計、ファシリテーション、コンテンツ監修、研究・学会発表を担当しています。

心理教育を「規則正しく生活するための指導」にとどめず、病気や治療を理解し、主治医との対話や共同意思決定に役立てる情報ツールとして発展させることを重視しています。

国際双極症学会（ISBD）

ISBD 2025では、Experts by Experienceとして「日本の双極症当事者団体の活動とこれから」および女性と双極症に関するセッションへ登壇しました。2026年にはLived Experience Councilのメンバーとなり、当事者の知識と経験を国際的な研究・教育・支援へ反映する活動に参加しています。

2024年、NPOを立ち上げ、自治体等と連携して集団心理教育を実践した活動が評価され、名古屋大学総長顕彰（正課外活動への取り組み）を受賞しました。

講演・啓発活動

大学、研究会、市民向けイベントなどで、双極症の心理教育、ピアサポート、当事者参画、病気とともに働くことについて発信しています。専門職と当事者という二つの立場から、医学的な知識だけでは見えにくい日常生活の困りごとや、支援に必要な工夫を伝えることを大切にしています。

Overview

Minami Kinouchi holds Japanese national qualifications as a Certified Public Psychologist and Certified Social Worker. She is Vice Director and Co-founder of Bipolar Psychoeducation & Peer Support Online, a Japanese nonprofit organization. She undertook doctoral-level research in psychiatry at Nagoya University, including work on the priorities of people with mental health conditions and their families, as well as online psychoeducation for bipolar disorder.

Kinouchi draws on lived experience of bipolar disorder, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Her work combines professional knowledge with the practical realities of living with mental health conditions. Bipolar Psychoeducation & Peer Support Online

The nonprofit provides online group psychoeducation, peer support, and public information for people with bipolar disorder and their families. As Vice Director, Kinouchi contributes to program design, facilitation, content review, research, and academic dissemination.

The organization seeks to move psychoeducation beyond prescriptive advice about “living correctly.” It frames reliable information as a practical tool for understanding illness and treatment, communicating with clinicians, and participating in shared decision-making.

International Society for Bipolar Disorders

At ISBD 2025, Kinouchi participated as an Expert by Experience in sessions on the future of Japanese lived-experience organizations and on women and bipolar disorder.
